Surrounded by bric-a-brac, he belongs to a stall holder at Menton's Brocante, run by the Lions Club. Notice a lump on his head? - really quite big. His owner told me it's not serious, just a fatty lump and nothing to worry about. He's a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and something else - she didn't know what.
